Market Analysis
We provide the Market Analysis which includes comps and trends report. If you have Relocation Management company involved, they will require this report to be completed. This report provides an estimate of the property and also will include recommendation from me as to the expected work.
Must-have documentation
Depending on the relocation package you receive; the management company may require you to transfer the property to the company. I ensure that as a Relocation Specialist every aspect of the transaction is done correctly. If handled incorrectly there may be tax consequences or rejection of the entire Relocation Package.
Prep your home for the Buyers
We provide full Concierge Services and will discuss options for preparing your home and communicate with the management company. Every house is different and we make sure that we have a different approach and strategy to sell your house with the maximum gains.
Multiple offers
Depending on the Relocation company policies the company might be the one who will sign the sale and transfer documents for the accepted offer. As your trusted partner in Relocation we will collect, review and negotiate the offer, and coordinate with the Relocation company to execute the signatures if required.
